Start with the main yard/work-area size so the invoice has a default. If a service only needs part of the yard, enter that smaller service area under the selected job.
Square-foot prices are based on the outdoor area being serviced only. House square footage is not included. Some jobs use the whole yard, while patch repairs, flower beds, mulch, rock, cleanup zones, patios, walkways, and similar work can use only the exact area being worked on.
Trip charges only apply when the service address is outside city limits. Jobs inside city limits do not include a separate trip charge.

For services that need items or materials, customers can choose whether they already have their own materials or need materials purchased. If materials need to be purchased, the material cost must be paid before work starts, either as an upfront material payment or as part of an invoice that is paid before the job begins. A trip charge is only added for service addresses outside city limits.
